STARTING POSITION:
Lie on a fitball. Make sure you rest your upper back on the fitball. Extend your arms and put the hands together pointing the roof. Contract your pelvic floor and core. Make sure your feet are flat on the floor.
MOVEMENT:
Move your hands to your right side towards the floor until your arms are parallel to the floor while you inhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you exhale and alternate with the other side.
TIPS: While you are doing the exercise, rotate your body. During the movement, your feet should be always in the same position.
