TRICEP WALL STRETCH
STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart in front of a wall. Place your right arm behind your head and place your right elbow on the wall.
MOVEMENT:
Slowly move your chest towards the floor until you feel the stretch in your triceps. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the arm.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
