STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight, spread your feet at shoulder width apart and put your toes slightly out. Find a towel, grab it from the end with your right hand and place it on your left shoulder. With your left hand, grab the towel from the other end behind your back.
MOVEMENT:
Slowly pull the towel with your right hand towards the floor, moving the left hand towards the roof. Return to the starting position while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise.
TIPS: Your head and chest should always look forward.
