POSE BOAT

STARTING POSITION:
Sit on a mat and place your hands just behind you. Raise your feet together in front of you. Your legs should be straight. Contract your pelvic floor and core.
MOVEMENT:
Maintaining the balance, place your arms parallel to the floor in front of you. Hold the position during the required time. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.
TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
