Estiramiento femoral con pelota pilates

STARTING POSITION:

Lie down on your back and place a fitball under your feet. Grab your right leg in front of you.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly straighten your leg until you feel the stretch in your hamstring. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
