ISOMETRIC CONTRATION OF QUADRICEPS

Contracción isométrica de cuádriceps

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your back on a mat and extend your arms and legs.

MOVEMENT:

Contracting your quadriceps, extend your knees as much as you can. Maintain the tension during the required time. Relax the muscles and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: Make sure you do the exercise without any movement of your body.
