FOOT ARCH SHORTENING

Acortamiento del arco del pie

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight without shoes or socks.

MOVEMENT:

Contracting your plantar foot muscles, increase your plantar arch. While your are doing the exercise, make sure you don't bend the toes. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then switch sides and repeat with the other foot.

TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
