STARTING POSITION:
Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Place your hands just above you with interlaced fingers. Your arms should be straight and your palms should point towards the roof.
MOVEMENT:
Take your look towards the roof until you feel the stretch while you exhale. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position while you inhale.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
