STANDING KNEE FLEXION

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart in front of a chair. Grab the chair with both hands.

MOVEMENT:

Bend your right knee moving your heel up. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then switch sides and repeat with the other leg.
