HEAD SLIDES + NECK FLEXION

Flexión cervical total

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight and rest your back and head on a wall.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly slide your head upwards through the wall and move your chin backwards. Then separate the head from the wall doing a neck flexion. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.

TIPS::
The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
