PECTORAL STRETCH WITH SHOULDER HYPEREXTENSION

Estiramiento pectoral con hiperextensión de hombros

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab your hands behind your back and extend your arms.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly raise your arms until you feel the stretch in your pectoral and bicep muscles. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position while you inhale.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
