Yoga: Postura del árbol o vrksasana

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight and place your hands together just over your head. Place your right foot on the inner part of your left thigh.

MOVEMENT:

Hold the position during the required time. Then switch the side.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
