SUPINE HEAD SLIDES

Deslizamiento de la cabeza tendido supino

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your back on a mat and rest your head on it.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly slide your head upwards while your chin is moving towards the floor. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
