180º HEAD ROTATIONS

Circunducción de cabeza 180 grados

STARTING POSITION:

Stand up straight with your feet at shoulder width apart. Slightly bend your neck forward.

MOVEMENT:

Rotate your head around 90º to the right. Return to the starting position. Rotate your head around 90º to the left Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions.

TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
