BARBELL CHEST-SUPPORTED BICEP CURL

STARTING POSITION:

You need to place a 45º inclined bench to do the exercise. Select the appropriate plates amount to put them on the barbell. Place your knees on the bench and rest your chest on the pad. Your head should be higher that the bench. Grab the bar with supinated grip. Your arms should be straight.

MOVEMENT:

Contracting your biceps, fully bend your elbows while you exhale. Make sure you only move the forearms. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form. Make sure you do all the repetitions in all the range of motion of the exercise.
