Front knee lifts

Elevación de rodillas o skipping

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Bend the right knee and hip at the same time to lift the knee to the chest while you move your left elbow forward and right elbow backwards. Your arms should be bent at 90º degrees.

MOVEMENT:

In an explosive movement, switch the position of your legs, extend the right leg and bend the left leg while you switch the position of your arms. Alternate the foot that is placed on the floor during the required time.

TIPS: You should perform the exercise as quick as possible.
