Lying leg abduction

TIPS: Make sure you only move your legs when you perform the exercise.

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on your right side and place your right arm under your head and your left hand on your hip or in front of you on the floor. Straighten your legs and put your feet together.

MOVEMENT:

Using your glutes lift your left leg as high as you can while you exhale. Make sure that your toes are always pointing forwards. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions, then switch sides and repeat the exercise.
