FOAM ROLLER PECTORALIS STRETCH - 90º

STARTING POSITION:
Lie on your back on a foam roller. The roller should be under your spine and head. Place your feet flat on the floor.
MOVEMENT:
Open your arms to the sides until you feel the stretch in the pectoral and shoulder muscles. Maintain the stretch during the required time.
TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
