Elliptical machine

TIPS: To increase the level of the activity, you can increase the speed, the inclination or the resistance.

STARTING POSITION:

Make sure the elliptical machine is stopped. Grab the handlebars before getting on. Get on the elliptical machine carefully and facing the display, the pedals may start moving as you do and it can be easy to lose your balance. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Begin pedaling to turn the machine on. Taking a few steps forward should power up the monitor. If not, look for a "start" button. To use your arms, when your left foot goes down, the right handle should be pulled towards your body.
