STARTING POSITION:

You will need access to a low pulley row machine with a V-bar or a bar with neutral grip. Select the appropriate resistance on the weight stack. Sit down on the machine and put your feet on the foot pads bending your knees slightly. Grab the neutral grip with both hands. Make sure your torso is at a 90º from your legs. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Pull the handles back towards your torso retracting your shoulder blades while you exhale until you touch the abdominals. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.

TIPS: Make sure your torso doesn't move in any moment.
