LATERAL SUFFLES

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards the toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.

STARTING POSITION:

Put a step in front of you and stand on top of it. Spread your feet at shoulder width apart and put your toes slightly out. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Take a side step with your right foot while your left foot crosses behind. Bend your right knee and move your glutes backwards while you inhale. Keep your left foot suspended. Extending your right knee and hip, go back to centre while you exhale. Repeat the movement to the left.
