REVERSE LUNGE ELBOW TO INSTEP W ROTATION

Zancada inversa con giro de cintura

STARTING POSITION:

Stand up straight with your feet at shoulder width apart and your hands on either side of your hips.

MOVEMENT:

Move your left foot back as far as you can and place the hands on the floor next to your right foot. Move your right elbow towards the floor while you exhale. Then move your right hand towards the roof while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then repeat with the other leg.

TIPS: Your back knee should not touch the floor.
