COORDINATED BREATHING WITH LEG LIFT

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight next to a chair. Place one of your hands on the chair for a better balance.

MOVEMENT:

Raise your right knee towards the chest breathing in until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Return to the starting position breathing out and perform the exercise with the other leg. Maintain the movements during the required time.
