WALKING FROM OVERHEAD SQUAT WITH MEDICINE BALL

TIPS: Make sure your knees are always pointing towards your toes. Focus on always having your weight on the entire soles of your feet. Your head and chest should always look forward.

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate weight of the medicine ball. Grab the medicine ball with both hands and place it just above your head extending your arms. Bend the knees and move your glutes backwards, lowering your legs until your butt is lower than your knees.

MOVEMENT:

From this position, walk forward during the required time.
