QUADRICEPS STRETCH

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on the floor, straighten your left leg in front of you and place your right foot under your butt. Slightly lean backwards until you feel the stretch in your quadriceps.

MOVEMENT:

Maintain the stretch during the required time. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
