ONE ARM MEDICINE BALL THROWS

TIPS: Be careful with the rebound of the ball.

STARTING POSITION:

Select the appropriate weight of the medicine ball. Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Grab the ball with your right hand and place one leg in front.

MOVEMENT:

Move the ball just above your head while you inhale. Throw the ball as fast as you can while you exhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then switch sides and repeat with the other arm.
