STARTING POSITION:
Take two bottles of water. Stand up straight with a bottle in each hand on either side of your hips. Maintaining the natural arch of your back, lean forward until your torso is parallel to the floor. You can bend the knees slightly. Your elbows should be close to your body and bent around 90º. You should use a neutral grip. Retract your shoulder blades.
MOVEMENT:
Contracting your triceps, fully extend your elbows while you exhale. Make sure you only move the forearms. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale.
TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
