ONE LEG HAMSTRING STRETCH

Estiramiento de isquiosural a una pierna estirada la otra flexionada

STARTING POSITION:

Sit down on a mat, extend your right knee and place the sole of your left foot next to your right knee. Place your hands on the bar and slightly bend your knees.

MOVEMENT:

Grab your right foot with your right hand and slowly move your chest towards the right leg. Make sure that you don't move your back and that you do the exercise moving your hips. Hold the position during the required time and then do the exercise with the other leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
