GLUTEAL STRETCH ON VIBRATORY PLATFORM

STARTING POSITION:

Get on the vibratory platform, grab the handles and place your right ankle on your left knee.

MOVEMENT:

Bend the left knee and move your butt back until you feel the stretch in your right glute.Turn on the vibrating platform. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position. Then switch the leg.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
