NECK EXTENSIONS ON BALL

Extensión cervical apoyado en pelota

STARTING POSITION:

Find a wall to do the exercise and put a ball between the back your head and the wall. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.

MOVEMENT:

Roll the ball towards the floor with your head with a cervical extension. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.

TIPS: While your are doing the exercise, move only the neck, make sure you don't move any other part of your body. The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
