LEG RAISES ON INCLINE BENCH

Elevación de piernas en banco inclinado

STARTING POSITION:

Find an inclined bench. Lie back on the bench and grab the end of it with both hands. Contract your pelvic floor and core.

MOVEMENT:

Move your feet towards the roof and use your abs to lift your legs and hips while you exhale. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.

TIPS: Focus on slow and controlled movement.
