STARTING POSITION:
Get on the horizontal static bike facing the display. Place your feet on the pedals of the bike. Contract your pelvic floor and core while keeping your chest up.
MOVEMENT:
Begin pedaling to turn the machine on. Riding a bike for a few seconds should turn on the monitor. If not, look for a "start" button.
TIPS: To increase the level of activity, you can increase the resistance with the buttons on the display.
