Estiramiento enhebrar aguja

STARTING POSITION:

Position yourself on four legs on a mat. Your knees should be underneath the hips and hands under the shoulders.

MOVEMENT:

Bring your right hand below your body towards the left side as much as you can. Exhale during the movement. Make sure you don't bend the left elbow. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement while you inhale. Repeat the movement for the specified amount of repetitions and then do it towards the other side.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
