LONG ADDUCTOR STRETCH

Estiramiento aductores sentado e inclinado adelante

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a mat with your legs extended. Slowly open your legs as much as you can.

MOVEMENT:

Place your hands on the floor in front of you and move your elbows towards the floor until you feel the stretch on your adductor muscles. Maintain the stretch during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
