Goal
Exercises for the rehabilitation after total hip replacement. Also to work before the quirurgic intervention. Here you have some exercises. The sets and reps should be prescribed by a physiotherapist. Do the program 2-3 times per day. Depending on your evolution, your physiotherapist will choose the phase.
