The 300 Workout
Goal
Original program with which the actors of 300 (including Gerard Butler) were prepared. It's a circuit where you have to do 300 repetitions and another 90 repetitons of core exercises. Depending on your fitness level you will do 1-3 rounds (with almost no rest between the exercises). You should adjust the load depending on your fitness level.
