Goal
Metabolic training focused on resistance. High intensity interval training.
The first three exercises are for warm-up. The rest of exercises are performed in a circuit. We will do each exercise during 25 seconds and break 5, two times. So we will do two series of the same exercise before you change to the next exercise.
