Circuit of 6 exercises for the Core
Goal
Training to improve the dtrenght of the Core. We will work more or less time depending on your level in each exercise, and we can even repeat the circuit as many times as necessary.
Beginners in 15-20 sec per exercise. Advanced up to 1 minute per exercise. The last 3 exercises are stretches to do at the end of the session.
