BREATHING EXERCISES for patients with COVID-19
Goal
Exercises for patients with difficulty breathing because of COVID-19. You shouldn't stop the training provided by your doctor. YOU SHOUND'T FEEL PAIN, FATIGUE OR SHORTNESS OF BREATH during the exercises. If you feel them, stop and rest. IMPORTANT: Do them with the face mask. By the UV prof.
