EXTENSION IN LYING

Extensión de tronco tumbado prono

STARTING POSITION:

Lie down facing the floor. Place your hands on the floor under your shoulders.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly push your upper body up with your arms until you feel the stretch in your abdominal muscles. Maintain the stretch during the required time and then return to the starting position.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
