ISOMETRIC NECK EXTENSION AND RETRACTION

Extensión y retracción cervical isométrica

STARTING POSITION:

Lie on a mat on your back and place a towel behind your head.

MOVEMENT:

Slowly move your chin backwards pressing the towel with your head. Make sure your eyes are always facing the roof. Return to the starting position in a smooth movement.

TIPS: The exercise key is quality over quantity. The trick is to perform the exercise using proper form.
