STERNOCLEIDOMASTOID STRETCH

Estiramiento esternocleidomastoideo

STARTING POSITION:

Stand straight with your feet shoulder width apart. Slowly incline your neck to the right and do a little extension and rotate your head to the left until you feel the stretch on your sternocleidomastoid.

MOVEMENT:

Maintain the stretch during the required time and then switch sides and repeat the exercise.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
