LONG ADDUCTOR STRETCH

Estiramiento de aductores sentado

STARTING POSITION:

Sit on a mat with your legs extended. Slowly open your legs as much as you can.

MOVEMENT:

Place your hands on the floor behind you and move your chest up until you feel the stretch on your adductor muscles. Maintain the stretch during the required time.

TIPS: You should feel the stretch of the muscles but not pain.
